This role is hands-on and dedicated to making a difference. You will develop and optimize processes, solve manufacturing problems, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve quality and cost. This role involves the utilization of AI/LLM/ML for worker productivity.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methodologies
Develop, optimize, and qualify new or modified process baselines
Lead yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives
Coordinate process, equipment, and material evaluations
Support audits, SPC/FDC, and site-to-site portability
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field
Experience in process development or high-volume manufacturing
Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, 8D, or failure analysis techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
AI/LLM/ML familiarity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in thin films or assembly process development
Experience with supplier management and material qualification
Background supporting new product introduction
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
