Role Test Manager - Data Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for release/ project. Define the scope of testing within the context of each release/ delivery. Establishing work plans and resource allocation for the testing effort for every testing stage of the project to ensure the delivery of all projects within established SLAs. Scheduling daily status meetings with the all-stake holders - Developers, Users & QA Team and developing testing metrics. Managing portfolios of applications and concurrent ongoing test efforts, prioritizing projects, estimating, and budgeting testing initiatives. Prepare reports for all resource utilization and develop all the project estimates and schedules and coordinate with all stakeholders and participation of in various meetings. Manage all communication with business partners and senior management to achieve all project objectives and perform tests on same and manage multiple functional areas. Reporting project progress to clients and steering committee. Develop the ETL/ Data test plan, test strategy for the projects, dependencies, and participants to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support/ concurrence for this plan. Assign tasks to all testing team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project/ releases. Ensure all testing activities are completed and signed off in readiness for deployments into a live environment. Ensure all QA artifacts are documented and maintained for audit purpose/ any future reference. Monitoring Project health in terms of SLAs, KPI, Risk Indicators and Process Metrics.
