Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an additional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They boast an excellent training and team environment, eligibility for commission and bonuses, and growth and development throughout the organization. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:  

$20/hr

Position Overview: 

The Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by handling a high volume of inbound calls, accurately routing callers, and efficiently scheduling and managing service appointments.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Provide consistently outstanding service to internal and external guests by setting a professional, guest-focused first impression.
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in a high-volume environment.
  • Gather caller information, identify needs, and route calls to the appropriate dealership, department, or individual.
  • Use active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve routine caller needs; escalate calls according to guidelines when management is requested, a complaint requires follow-up, or a request falls outside standard procedures.

Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish-speaking is required).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and clear, courteous verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:

  • 6 months – 2 years of customer service, receptionist, or call center experience is preferred.
  • Automotive industry or guest service experience

Education Requirements: 

  • High school diploma is required.
