At Ericsson, we are seeking a Test Architect will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and supporting customer application systems across IT, Telco B/OSS, Cloud, Network, and Core platforms. The role includes designing and executing test cases, tracking defects, and ensuring functional and non-functional quality standards.
What you will do
- Design and execute manual test cases for functional and non-functional scenarios.
- Perform system, integration, and regression testing.
- Log, track, and manage defects using test management tools.
- Support customer application systems onsite or remotely.
- Collaborate with customer and internal teams for quality delivery.
The skills you bring
- 8-15 years of experience in testing Ericsson products such as Ericsson Charging, Ericsson Billing, Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson Catalog Manager.
- Experience with system processes, testing tools, and SDLC.
- Knowledge of automation testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
