TTC Global is a global specialist quality engineering and testing consultancy, with offices across the US, Canada, and UK. We help organizations transform how they deliver quality software, combining deep testing expertise with modern tools and methodologies to increase speed and reduce risk for our clients.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Test Analyst to support the testing and validation of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), with a primary focus on batch metrics, batch processing, and manufacturing data accuracy. In this role, you will develop and execute test cases to verify batch calculations, production metrics, data transformations, system integrations, and end to end manufacturing workflows. You will compare MES results against defined business requirements and source data, identify and document defects and data discrepancies, perform regression and retesting activities, and work closely with manufacturing, business, development, and quality teams to keep batch information accurate, traceable, and reliable.

Perks of working for TTC Global

  • Salary: $80-115k annually
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401K with company match
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Work life balance
  • Relaxed work environment
  • Growth and development opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test cases covering batch calculations, production metrics, data transformations, and system integrations
  • Validate MES results against business requirements and source data to confirm accuracy
  • Identify, document, and track defects and data discrepancies through to resolution
  • Perform regression and retesting activities to confirm fixes and prevent recurrence
  • Support end to end testing of manufacturing workflows across connected systems
  • Partner with manufacturing, business, development, and quality teams to align on requirements and results
  • Maintain clear, traceable test documentation to support audit and compliance needs
  • Report on test status, coverage, and defect metrics throughout each test cycle

Role Requirements

  • Experience testing MES or other manufacturing applications preferred
  • Experience validating data and calculations, ideally within batch or production processes
  • Comfortable working within structured QA or regulated environments
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with numerical and data heavy testing
  • Ability to write clear, structured test cases and defect reports
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across manufacturing, business, and technical teams
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira, qTest, ALM)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple test cycles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a QA or Test Analyst role; MES or manufacturing experience strongly preferred

If your background is close to what we're looking for, we'd still like to hear from you. Skills can be built, and experience takes many different paths. TTC Global values the perspective a diverse team brings, so we welcome candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
