Job Description

We are looking for a results oriented and passionate Territory Manager to join our team developing our distributor-run consumer business in Europe with a focus on Netherlands and Belgium.
This is a full time role with travel as required.
THE ROLE
  • Partner and support distributor in planning and execution of Bose GTM strategy.
  • Build long term relationship with the key channel partners to enable HQ relationships and be the first point of contact.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other key stakeholders to create execution and new product launch plans with key channel partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategic plans for growth.
  • Achieve sell through target revenue, and gross margin objectives.
  • Track, plan, progress and conduct periodic reviews with key channel partners and make adjustments when necessary.
  • Drive the execution of business initiatives supporting strategic product investments and managing key BDF expenses to established budgeted targets.
  • Train distributor sales reps on GTM elements (e.g., promotion, value proposition, etc.)
  • Apply structure and standards to day-to-day account management.
  • Document all sales opportunities.
  • Support weekly, monthly and quarterly product forecast and budget preparation and sales pipeline analysis.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure partner needs are adequately met.

What You've Done Before
  • Delivered growth in B2B sales management, distributor management for more than 8 years.
  • Hands on experience managing Key accounts across multiple geographies.
  • Extensive knowledge about consumer electronics industry.
  • Extensive experience with marketing planning and execution (online and offline).

Language: Dutch, German or French are a bonus.
