What you'll do

The Territory Manager will be responsible for providing service & developing sales within the Moncton to Halifax (and surrounding) area. This individual will also be responsible for gaining new customers in line with regional strategy and sector growth plans and providing preventative maintenance, emergency service and install support as needed within territory. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for developing Distributor relations at assigned Warewash/Laundry accounts.

What key responsibilities you'll have
  • Drive new sales from existing customers.
  • Gain new customers in line with the regional strategy and sector growth plans.
  • Provide preventative maintenance, emergency service, and install support as needed within the territory.
  • Develop Distributor Sales Representatives at the assigned Warewash/Laundry distributors.
  • Implement the sales funnel in Salesforce.
  • Execute support plan for global and national accounts within sales territory as needed.
  • Deliver financial performance for sales territory.
  • Engage and train key customer teams within the territory.
  • Launch new products and promotions to assigned end-user accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What qualifications we require
  • Must reside in the Moncton to Halifax (and surrounding) area
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer experience – Email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing
  • Ability to effectively move objects up to 35lbs and execute precise work in limited spaces
  • Technical equipment maintenance experience
  • Sales and Professional attitude and self-motivated/directed.
  • Great time management, communication skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
  • Strong customer-service skills
  • Strong negotiating skills and results-oriented
  • Ability to manage and measure work as well as planning.
  • Energetic and passionate and able to influence others.
  • Should demonstrate Diversey's values.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends if determined by business needs.
What qualifications we prefer
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce
