About Synthesys Brain Health

Synthesys Brain Health delivers an end to end brain health solution, spanning hardware, software, diagnostics, and clinical services through its integrated portfolio, including Lifelines Neuro (hardware and software) and Neurovative Diagnostics (ambulatory services, continuous and intermittent monitoring, physician services, and academic/training programs). Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of the patients we serve, while giving physicians studies conducted to ABRET standards and giving our employees a genuinely great place to work. We're proud to show what's possible when people who care deeply about healthcare, and about each other, build something meaningful together.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive growth across the full Synthesys Brain Health portfolio, hardware and software solutions alongside monitoring and physician services. This is a full-portfolio selling role: you'll represent the complete Synthesys Brain Health offering to a defined territory, building relationships across neurology practices, hospital systems, physician groups, and broader health systems. This role covers the West Coast territory, which includes the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Hawaii, and Alaska. Our ideal candidate would be located in Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Portland, OR, or Seattle, WA though this is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a defined territory, selling the complete range of Synthesys Brain Health products and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with neurologists, hospital administrators, physician groups, and health system stakeholders
  • Identify and close new hospital, physician, and customer opportunities within the territory, driving increased market adoption of both services and hardware
  • Deliver product demonstrations and educational presentations on hardware, software, and diagnostic/monitoring service offerings
  • Partner with clinical and diagnostic teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Provide weekly pipeline and forecast updates for the territory, ensuring pipeline is sufficient to meet quarterly quota demands
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in CRM
  • Stay current on reimbursement, coding, and regulatory considerations relevant to neurodiagnostic services
  • Represent Synthesys Brain Health at relevant conferences, trade shows, and physician events
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $90,000 annually, plus an uncapped commission structure. On target earnings (base plus commission at 100% quota attainment) range from $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Actual base salary will depend on experience, skills, and territory.

Synthesys Brain Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage through 4 BCBS plan options (PPO and HSA), with the company covering 75% of employee premiums and 50% of dependent premiums; dental coverage with preventative care covered at 100% and orthodontia included; and vision coverage. We also offer a 401(k) with a dollar for dollar match up to 4%, a $25,000 company paid life/AD&D policy, HSA and FSA accounts, flexible time off starting at 104 hours (13 days) per year, 7.5 paid company holidays, one floating holiday (8 hours) per year, and an Employee Assistance Program with free counseling sessions for the household. Eligible employees are also covered by our paid parental leave policy, which provides up to six weeks of paid maternal leave and up to three weeks of paid paternal leave, paid at 100% of regular pay, following the birth, adoption, or foster placement of a child.

What We Offer

  • Full portfolio to sell: hardware, software, and clinical services, creating multiple paths to close
  • Support from a growing, well-resourced sales organization
  • Opportunity to shape territory strategy during a period of company growth and investment
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare technology
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in a territory-based role
  • Experience selling into hospital systems, physician practices, or health systems preferred
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sales cycle, including working with clinical stakeholders and procurement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of products and services rather than a single SKU
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree required

Synthesys Brain Health is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
