Forbes is looking to hire a Temporary Reporter, Iconoclast. This person will be an integral part of the team that produces one of our most popular events-The Forbes Iconoclast Summit- where the world’s most influential dealmakers, financial titans, investors and market movers for high-level conversations on the most critical issues impacting our economy and markets today. In addition, Forbes is now expanding with the inaugural Iconoclast Global list & weekly vodcast at the Nasdaq.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Editor at Large to curate the inaugural Iconoclast Global list and overall editorial package (feature stories, side bars, etc) for publication at year end 2025.
- Support the editor in coordinating weekly newsmaker Iconoclast interviews and liaising with the Nasdaq.
- Write short bios utilizing reporting skills to fact check and verify key metrics as determined by editors.
- Collaborate with internal editorial teams to gather insights and feedback on list candidates and potential news stories from various sources and advisory board members, synthesizing information to inform the process of executing the Iconoclast list from start to finish.
- Collect updated high-resolution headshots from candidates for Iconoclast-related editorial production and update the website with key biographical information.

- Strong writing and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail in fact-checking.
- Project management experience.
The hourly rate for this role is $22.00 - $28.00
