YOU WILL BE: 
 

The Temporary Associate will be focused on supporting essential store operations and logistical tasks. Team members in this role are responsible for high-volume merchandise processing, including sorting, scanning, and packing inventory. This role is critical in maintaining an organized environment and ensuring that all merchandise is accurately accounted for and prepared for transport or consolidation. This is a temporary role until the end of April.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Accurately count, sort, and separate large volumes of merchandise.

  • Securely pack merchandise into boxes and crates for shipment, ensuring items are organized and labeled correctly.

  • Use handheld inventory scanners to track merchandise across the selling floor and stockrooms.

  • Assist in clearing sales floor fixtures and consolidating stock to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Use inventory management systems to ensure stock accuracy and status updates.

  • Operate equipment such as radios, ticket scanners, and sensor removers.

  • Follow all Asset Protection, safety, and compliance procedures during the handling and packing of goods.

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment both independently and as part of a team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ years of experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, or a task-based operational environment.

  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet daily processing and packing goals.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.

  • Constant movement including bending, squatting, kneeling, and crouching to reach low-level stock.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and stack boxes and shipping containers.

  • Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.

SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:

The hourly rate for this position is between $17.90 - 22.38 per hour.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
