Role Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing customers' ledger accounts, provide outstanding customer services and back up to the Program Director.
This is a temporary full-time position.
Essential Duties:

Oversee and manage all voucher, I/E, and DCF slots to ensure full enrollment;

Ensure the timely completion of intakes, reassessments, vouchers, and terminations;

Coordinate and schedule appointments, processing provider changes as needed;

Maintain and update the slot enrollment log;

Send completed intake and reassessment paperwork as needed;
-
Track and monitor absences for enrolled children, and keep accurate records;
-
Communicate regularly with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to stay updated on relevant policies, and procedures;

Provide phone coverage and assist with other office tasks as needed;

All other tasks assigned by supervisor.

High School Diploma is required;
-
Associate’s Degree in related field is preferred;

Demonstrated customer service orientation;
-
Strong computer Skills (word, excel, outlook,);
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-
Strong math & logic skills;
-
Works well in a team environment and independently when needed;
-
Flexibility, patience and a sense of humor essential;
