Forbes is seeking an experienced temporary Administrative Assistant to assist in creating the Forbes Lists, Accounting. This role reports into the Senior Editor, Accounting Lists.
Responsibilities
- Managing spreadsheets and nominee database
- Researching nominated CPAs
- Handling outreach to nominated CPAs
- Editing bios/blurbs
- Verifying employment details and current formal titles
The ideal candidate
- Familiarity with analytics and research methods, formulas, survey design, and statistical analysis
- Project management experience
- Engaging interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to detail and deadlines
- Knowledge and experience in the accounting field a +
- Bachelor’s degree a +

The hourly rate for this role is $25.00 - $25.00
