Hudson Automotive Group is searching for a highly qualified Telecom Analyst to oversee and optimize the organization’s telecommunication systems, including traditional and AI-based platforms. The Telecom Analyst will ensure a seamless communication infrastructure by managing phone upgrades to a consolidated platform, optimizing ISP performance, and supporting general telephony requests.

What are we looking for?
- Track record of leading and coordinating phone system upgrades and migrations to a unified, consolidated platform.
- Proven experience overseeing configuration, routing, and provisioning of telephony systems including faxing and paging technologies.
- Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills.
- Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience managing telecommunication systems, VoIP platforms, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, ISP performance metrics, and telecom infrastructure.
- Proficiency in call analytics tools and reporting systems.
- Experience with AI-based call management or IVR systems preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Voice.
- Knowledge of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud telephony systems.
- Experience with automation or AI platforms for customer interaction.
