Position Overview:

  • IQVIA is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our Information Management solutions, helping Medical Device organizations unlock the value of their data. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise data integration, data governance, SaaS platforms and consultative selling in the MedTech space.
  • You will engage directly with Medical Device clients to identify strategic opportunities, develop tailored solutions and expand our footprint within the MedTech space.
  • This role is highly focused on new business generation, pipeline growth and long-term client partnerships.  

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Expand IQVIA’s Information Management footprint across MedTech manufacturers.
  • Qualify and pursue new accounts, identifying key decision makers and positioning IQVIA’s value.
  • Drive incremental revenue through new logos and portfolio expansion within existing accounts.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations to close high-value opportunities.

Client Engagement and Solutioning:

  • Serve as the primary owner of client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and delivery quality.
  • Apply consultative problem‑solving skills to develop tailored, commercially viable solutions.
  • Articulate how IQVIA integrates, standardizes, and governs healthcare data to accelerate insights.

Collaboration and Market Presence:

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Delivery teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Support thought leadership and represent IQVIA at industry events to enhance market visibility.

Requirements:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles with a proven track record of closing large deals and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience with MedTech customers, Information Management solutions, or healthcare technology strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, solution development, and relationship management.
  • Strong hunting skills and ability to penetrate new markets and secure new clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and executive‑level communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of MedTech industry trends and data‑driven use cases.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
  • U.S. based, Remote with ability to travel approximately 25-30% nationwide, required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $111,200.00 - $309,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
