We’re looking for a Strategic Partner Success Manager to play a key role on the Technology Partnerships team and help grow the most strategic partnerships in Cloudinary’s ecosystem. This specialized position blends technical pre-sales expertise with post-sales customer success methodologies to ensure partner goals.
This role will manage all technical aspects for existing technology partners and lead a cross-functional team to ensure ongoing success. The Lead Strategic Partner Success Manager will achieve this by collaborating closely with product, engineering, support, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to integrate Cloudinary's systems with other technology services. A key focus is driving sales through successful go-to-market activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team of Technical Support, Sales Engineers & Customer Success Managers
- Define & manage end-to-end processes across teams from pre-sales, implementation, launch and on-going success.
- Work closely with Strategic Technology Partner Directors to strategize on partner integrations & success
- Work closely with Product to act as the face of the partner and voice to advocate new features or feedback on existing capabilities
- Assist in Technical pre-sales efforts on targeted prospect sales calls
- Train partner technical pre-sales and customer success teams
- Define key success metrics and go-to-market strategies designed to meet or exceed those metrics on an annual basis
- Develop a deep understanding of Cloudinary’s and technology partner’s platform, service and offerings in order to help structure the most optimal integration and go-to-market offering
- Help define and evolve Cloudinary’s technology partner processes and offering
Requirements:
- 5+ years in managing technology partnerships for a cloud-based service provider
- Ability to build strong relationships with business and technology decision-makers.
- Technically savvy with the ability to successfully relay technical concepts and the business value they provide to audiences of any technical ability.
- Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives.
- BS in Business, Computer Science and/or MBA degree preferred.
