About Kisi

We are Kisi, a physical security tech company revolutionizing how businesses access and secure their spaces.

Founded in 2012, with headquarters in Brooklyn, an office in Stockholm, and a global team, we create innovative, award-winning hardware and compliance-certified software that enable seamless, cloud-based access to offices, facilities, and buildings. Our mission is to ensure ease of access and remote space management, fostering a future where spaces are securely connected and accessible without boundaries.

At Kisi, you’ll join a creative and innovative team with a flat hierarchy, work closely with our co-founders, and enjoy the freedom to work your way with a strong sense of ownership.

If you’re passionate about cutting-edge technology and want to be part of a dynamic team that’s making the world more secure and accessible, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview

The Technology Partnerships Manager owns Kisi’s technology partner ecosystem, with clear responsibility for revenue generated through partner referrals.

This role manages partnerships end to end: identifying and closing new partners, growing existing relationships, and driving measurable MRR through joint go-to-market efforts. While many partners integrate with Kisi’s API, the focus is commercial and strategic, ensuring partnerships are enabled, visible, and producing results.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support, and help shape how partnerships scale at Kisi over time.

Key Responsibilities

You will own and grow relationships with existing technology partners, ensuring they remain engaged, enabled, and commercially productive. You’ll act as the primary point of contact across commercial discussions and high-level technical topics, building trust and long-term alignment. You’ll create partner plans with clear revenue, enablement, and growth goals, and represent Kisi at relevant industry events and trade shows, particularly within the fitness ecosystem.

You will identify, evaluate, and close new technology partnerships that expand Kisi’s ecosystem and revenue reach. This includes researching market trends and complementary technologies, prioritizing high-impact partners, leading outreach and pitches, and aligning early on both integration scope and commercial incentives.

You will manage the full partnership lifecycle from start to scale:

  • Pre-launch: identify the right stakeholders, define joint value propositions, and align on objectives and success criteria
  • Integration phase: coordinate development, testing, and timelines while acting as the bridge between partners and Kisi’s internal teams
  • Launch: enable partner and Kisi sales teams on positioning, use cases, and joint messaging
  • Growth: drive referrals, adoption, expansion, and ongoing engagement after launch

A strong commercial focus is central to the role. You’ll help design and negotiate partner agreements and incentive structures, work closely with Sales and Marketing to convert partner leads into closed deals, and continuously refine partner programs to increase MRR from both new and existing partners.

You’ll also lead joint go-to-market and visibility efforts—such as podcasts, co-branded content, webinars, events, and social campaigns—ensuring partnerships stay visible, active, and aligned with Kisi’s brand and growth goals.

Required Skills & Experience

You have several years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles, ideally in SaaS. You bring a strong commercial mindset and a track record of driving revenue through partners.

You understand APIs and integrations at a high level and can discuss integration value, data flows, and use cases without being hands-on. You’re comfortable managing long-term partner relationships, working cross-functionally, and representing the company externally.

Technical Understanding

You have a solid conceptual understanding of APIs and integrations and know when and how to involve product, engineering, or support teams to keep partnerships moving forward.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in the fitness, proptech, or access control ecosystem
  • Experience building or scaling a partnerships function
  • Familiarity with co-marketing and content-led partnerships
Why This Role Matters

Technology partnerships are a long-term growth engine for Kisi. This role is about building a scalable, revenue-generating ecosystem and positioning Kisi as a central platform in the fitness industry and beyond.
