About the Role

As an Technology Partnerships Manager, (Independent Software Vendor) ISV Partners, you will play a key role in shaping Attentive’s strategy for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and scale ISV partners that enhance customer value, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen our partner brand. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing ISV partnerships, driving cross-functional alignment, and executing impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies that foster mutual growth for both Attentive and our ISV ecosystem.

What You'll Accomplish

  • ISV Partner Acquisition & Growth
  • Identify, onboard and scale high-impact ISVs partnerships that support Attentive’s growth goals, align with our product priorities and drive customer outcomes
  • Proactively assess emerging market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify new ISV partnership opportunities that keep Attentive ahead of the curve.
  • Revenue Growth through Sales & CS Strategies
  • Define and execute joint GTM strategies with ISV partners that drive revenue growth across new and existing customers
  • Generate pipeline and co-selling opportunities by aligning ISV partner solutions with Sales team goals; craft joint value propositions, create sales playbooks, and collaborate with Marketing to execute high-impact demand generation campaigns.
  • Align partner solutions with Client Strategy team objectives and Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives, developing strategies & plays that enhance customer retention and expansion.
  • Lead bi-directional enablement to empower Attentive’s and partner’s GTM organisations to effectively leverage the joint value proposition  
  • Product & Engineering Teams Alignment
  • Serve as a liaison between GTM and Product & Engineering teams helping to identify and prioritize new partner integrations based on Attentive’s growth goals, product vision and VOC requirements
  • Drive successful partner launch campaigns, ensuring strong market adoption.
  • Contribute to Attentive’s integration and product strategy by gathering feedback from the ISV community, identifying opportunities for innovation, and building compelling business cases for new integrations.
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture long-term, revenue-generating relationships with ISV partners, ensuring mutual success and customer impact.
  • Implement programmatic partner development strategies to drive revenue growth and impact at scale
  • Leverage data-driven insights to prioritize and optimize your partner portfolio, ensuring sustained revenue and productivity.
  • Serve as a champion for ISV partners within Attentive, sharing successes, best practices, and growth strategies to drive internal advocacy.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development, business development, or channel sales, with at least 2 years focused on technology partnerships.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize ISV partnerships, including onboarding, enablement, and long-term relationship management.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through ISV partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology and industry trends
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams, both internally and within partner organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a strong ability to execute.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $130,000 annually + bonus/commission + equity + benefits.

- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package

- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
