Manage and implement NetSuite Cloud ERP solutions, advise clients on business processes and accounting, and lead project teams in achieving client goals.

Our technology transformation team helps clients define strategies, build brands, create experiences, and deliver platforms to achieve business objectives aligned with the clients’ business strategies.
The NetSuite Functional Senior Manager is responsible for supporting and delivering implementations of NetSuite Cloud ERP and providing advisory around business process and accounting considerations. You will be working with CFGI consultants and clients utilizing your NetSuite product knowledge, expertise, and talent to deliver small- and large-scale client technology implementations. This resource will assess client business processes, develop innovative plans to solve their problems, and execute configuration to support these plans. The candidate must have a passion for helping clients find creative ways to solve business problems and more effectively run their business. The candidate needs to be able to work with aggressive timelines and a portfolio of clients. Experience with ERP implementation and NetSuite specifically is a required element of this position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Participate in defining needs for new and existing NetSuite solutions.
· Identify existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.
· Provide advisory on accounting considerations around business process and system requirements.
· Envision and develop representations of recommended future state options for evaluation by clients.
· Identify gaps between requirements and standard system functionality and proposes solutions to meet those gaps, i.e., customizations or process changes.
· Manage and perform systems configuration tasks (but not coding/development) for process workstreams, as directed.
· Provide on-going support during project implementations and post-go-to-live support.
· Guide and perform data conversions.
· Facilitate and lead testing preparation and execution.
· Facilitate and lead trainings.
· Ability to work with a team of consultants towards the shared goals of the project.
· Work with leadership and other team members to develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Preferred Skills:
· Demonstrated success managing client-facing technology implementations.
· Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), Professional Services Automation (PSA), Multibook, and Supply Chain and Inventory Management modules.
· Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Prior consulting experience within a Professional Services setting preferred.
· Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong project and time management skills.
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project. Smartsheet required.
Qualities and Capabilities:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
· NetSuite product expertise is required.
· Seven plus years of experience in a business analyst or process automation position.
· Seven plus years implementing Financials software, ideally with a software or consulting/partner firm.
· Background in advisory, operational accounting, and/or financial consulting preferred.
