Technology Manager - Financial Services
What You'll Do: As a Technology Manager on our Beyond Healthcare team, you will lead large-scale digital transformation programs for global clients, bridging business strategy and technology execution. You will partner closely with client stakeholders to design, deliver, and scale technology solutions that leverage modern cloud platforms, industry systems, and emerging AI capabilities. The role requires a unique blend of industry expertise, technical depth, and leadership acumen to drive measurable impact.
- Lead business development and account expansion in Financial Services, with a focus on technology-led transformation opportunities across data modernization, cloud migration, analytics, customer management, and incentive compensation operations;
- Build trusted senior-level relationships (CIO/CTO/Chief Data/Chief Commercial leaders) to shape digital roadmaps, modernization priorities, and future-state architecture strategy;
- Apply deep knowledge of Financial Services commercial and operational systems (e.g., CMM, IC, digital engagement platforms, distribution enablement) to conceptualize differentiated solution accelerators, reusable assets, and ZS POVs;
- Drive onshore-offshore delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring proactive risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and consistently high-quality outcomes;
- Guide the build-out of cloud-native approaches (AWS/Azure/GCP) and leverage modern data engineering/analytics patterns to enable scalable, outcome-driven solutions;
- Act as the Financial Services technology "anchor" in the US - shaping pursuits and strengthening collaboration between US teams and India tandem delivery pods;
- Represent ZS's Beyond Healthcare technology capabilities externally and internally - driving thought leadership, market presence, and solution innovation relevant to Financial Services.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related discipline; MBA or equivalent a plus;
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution delivery, or business development within Financial Services or adjacent B2B industries;
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cloud, data, analytics, or commercial technology programs;
- Strong understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), modern data engineering approaches, analytics platforms, and Financial Services commercial management systems (e.g., CMM, IC);
- Proven track record of growing accounts and leading senior client relationships in a professional services environment;
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technology - translating business problems into scalable, ROI-driven technology strategies;
- Prior professional services experience strongly preferred;
- Strong client presence and executive communication skills;
- Effective supervisory, coaching, and hands-on project leadership capabilities;
- Experience leading global, virtual teams to deliver multiple complex programs simultaneously;
- Entrepreneurial mindset - able to identify whitespace, shape offerings, and build assets aligned to Financial Services client needs;
- Willingness to travel as needed.
