• At least 4+ years of experience in Design, development and implementation of J2EE applications with expertise in the following mandatory areas:
• At least 4 years of experience in Requirements Analysis, Requirements Gathering in a client facing role for US based Financial Services clients
• Perform as a single point of contact for the client for the development and implementation of technical modules.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Expertise in SDLC lifecycle stages, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management
• Experience in Agile methodology development
• Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering.
• Good Technical skills
• Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
• Experience of having lead a team
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
QualificationsBasic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
