The Director of ERP Implementations will drive ERP strategy, manage client engagements, lead workshops, and oversee implementation projects across various ERP platforms.
We are seeking a Director – ERP Implementations to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving ERP implementation strategy, engaging clients, and collaborating with our Systems Integration (SI) team to deliver seamless, enterprise-wide technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep NetSuite ERP expertise, knowledge/experience with other core ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics, etc.), strong leadership skills, and experience in managing complex implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Proposal Management:
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand their ERP needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Field and evaluate inbound proposals, working closely with clients to design and propose ERP solutions.
• Manage RFP responses, develop proposals, and articulate implementation roadmaps for prospective clients.
Workshop Leadership & Advisory:
• Facilitate ERP strategy and implementation workshops, guiding clients through best practices, change management, and system adoption.
• Provide insights on ERP selection, process optimization, and integration strategies.
• Advise clients on aligning ERP capabilities with finance, accounting, supply chain, and operational needs.
Collaboration with Systems Integration (SI) Team:
• Work closely with SI teams to ensure seamless ERP deployment and integration with existing business systems.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to align ERP capabilities with business transformation goals.
Project Delivery & Leadership:
• Manage the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.
• Lead and mentor ERP consultants and managers within the practice.
Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or enterprise technology consulting.
• Expertise in leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of key accounting and business processes needed to facilitate client projects involving transformation.
• Strong background in financial systems, business process optimization, and technology transformation.
• Proven experience in client engagement, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience managing large-scale ERP projects from planning to go-live.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
