The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.
Human Resources Technology (HRIT) provides technology support for employee focused applications and processes, including payroll, benefits, learning and recruiting. We elevate and enhance the employee experience through smart solutions and tooling, enabling our teams to be more productive.
We are seeking a Scrum Master Manager (Technology Business Systems Manager) to manage HR Technology Scrum Master/Kanban leads to ensure consistent direction and effective flow of work, resulting in consistent deliverables across scrum delivery teams.
In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a team of Scrum Masters and Kanban Leads to enable collaboration and strong partnership on delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban) for critical deliverables, priorities and roadmap outcomes
  • Ensures close collaboration and strong partnership between teams for critical deliverables, priorities, and roadmap/outcomes
  • Collaborate with Technology Leadership, Agile Transformation Leader, Product Coach and Business partners to effectively mature the Agile practices across HR Technology
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for Agile maturity and process improvements which benefit teams through technical and business strategies
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
  • Identify and proactively address risks and propose alternative solutions
  • Coach the team in better enterprise-wide applications of delivery teams to meet outcomes in support of business priorities
  • Manage resource allocations and financial oversight of team
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Technology Business Systems, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience
  • 4+ years of Agile Scrum/Kanban experience
  • 2+ years of Agile Planning experience
  • 2+ years of management experience including but not limited to assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, determining salary adjustments
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, collaborate, build successful relationships
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
  • 3+ years' experience in strategic planning technology
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology application development
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Experience working with subject matter experts within multiple human resources disciplines such as talent development, talent management, compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, diversity, or employee relations
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Workday human capital management experience
  • Experience introducing improvements in workplace through effective analysis, critical thinking, and innovation, including demonstrated ability to present complex concepts, options and recommendations in a manner that supports quality decision making
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$131,000.00 - $206,000.00
