We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Create high-quality user manuals, guides, and documentation to support our products and services.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing.

3. Develop and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and best practices.

4. Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather information for documentation.

5. Edit and revise documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

6. Develop and maintain documentation for multiple audiences, including customers, employees, and partners.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.

2. Advanced degree (e.g., MA) preferred.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.

4. Professional certifications, such as STC or CPTC.

5. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in help authoring tools, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.

 

Nice to Have:

 

1. Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.

2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

3. Familiarity with graphics design and multimedia development tools
