We’re looking for a Technical Writer who brings clarity, care, and confidence to their work. This role sits at the intersection of product, people, and communication, supporting both our customers and internal teams with accessible, timely, and thoughtful documentation. Whether helping an agency onboard new tools or enabling our team to support customers quickly and with ease, your words will guide and empower others. 

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who naturally takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional partners. You’re comfortable stepping into a fast-moving environment and enjoy finding the signal in the noise. You care deeply about making complex things understandable and you enjoy proactively anticipating needs before they’re voiced. 

 

What You Can Expect To Work On 

  • Write clear, supportive release notes and product guides for new features and enhancements. 
  • Keep internal (Mark43-facing) and external (customer-facing) documentation up to date and easy to navigate. 
  • Translate technical product specs into language that works for users of all experience levels. 
  • Track and update screenshots, visuals, and workflow documentation to reflect the latest version of our tools. 
  • Maintain and organize our documentation libraries and knowledge bases. 
  • Work closely with product, design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to understand and plan for upcoming documentation needs. 
  • Keep stakeholders informed and engaged through proactive, thoughtful communication. 

 

What We Are Looking For 

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Technical Writing role. 
  • A track record of writing for audiences with a wide range of technical comfort levels. 
  • Comfort managing your own timelines and projects with transparency and follow-through. 
  • A clear, consistent writing style that balances warmth, accuracy, and accessibility. 
  • Curiosity and openness when collaborating across teams. 
  • Experience with knowledge management tools and an openness to learning new ones.
