Job Description
Trainers have the primary responsibility of training clients in different roles such as; administrators and/or end users in the maintenance, use and operation of the different radio systems or software technologies developed by Motorola Solutions for the entire Latin American Region.
Likewise, the trainer will be able to train internal employees of the organization in the maintenance, use and operation of the company's different technologies. Also in the orientation and delivery of documentation and instructions on display to use the complete software package.
Functions:
  • Permanent preparation in the different technical areas assigned.
  • Laboratory responsibilities, maintain the availability of different equipment and models for local courses.
  • Deliver technical training to different internal and external clients.
  • Innovate in new training strategies.

Basic Requirements
  • 4 years of experience as Field Engineering the Telecom sector
  • Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience and Knowledge in two way radios technologies as P25 and DMR standard and Installations.
  • Fluent Portuguese and Spanish. English is a plus.
  • This position requires 70% of travel. The candidate must reside Sao Paulo.
