Opportunity

As a Technical Sourcer at Thoughtful AI, you will be an essential element of our growth, your mission being to identify, and engage the world's best tech talent. You'll feed the technical arm of our recruitment process for the product and engineering divisions building robust pipelines and mapping the market of top talent.

In this role, you'll be granted autonomy and must navigate the uncertainties of a fast-paced startup environment. We're looking for someone ready to embrace challenges, roll up their sleeves, and journey through the thrilling terrain of growth with us.

Responsibilities:  

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean searches, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates.  
  • Candidate Screening: Build and maintain talent pipelines high priority technical roles, ensuring talent quality and alignment with company needs.  
  • Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements, refine sourcing strategies, and prioritize candidates.  
  • Tools & Systems: Manage candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse).  
  • Employer Branding: Promote Thoughtful AI’s culture through compelling outreach, social media engagement, and other relevant channels.  
  • Market Insights: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategies.  
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track sourcing KPIs (response rates, conversion rates) and optimize processes based on data-driven insights.  

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.  
  • 2-4 years experience in technical sourcing, preferably in AI, or SaaS product companies.  
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and/or other search techniques.  
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS systems.  
  • Strong communication skills for engaging passive candidates and stakeholders.  
  • Understanding of technical roles (e.g., software development, cloud architecture).  
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Ability to context switch and work on multiple roles concurrently.
  • Experience sourcing for niche roles (AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.).  
  • Proven success in high-growth startups or scaling organizations.
