We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Sourcer with 3-5 years of experience to join our client, a Series-C unicorn startup, on a remote 3-6 months contract. As a Technical Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying top technical talent to support their growing business needs. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build an effective pipeline of candidates for engineering, product, and other technical positions.


Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define job requirements.

· Source and engage top technical talent via channels like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant platforms.

· Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and technical skills.

· Maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future openings.

· Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent.

· Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, pipeline status, and recruitment metrics in the ATS.

· Provide insights into the talent market and share competitive intelligence to improve the recruitment process.

· Represent the company's brand, culture, and values to potential candidates.


Requirements

· 3-5 years of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition, focusing on technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists).

· Strong experience sourcing passive candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and other technical communities.

· Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search, X-ray search).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

· Strong knowledge of the tech industry, technical roles, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, React).

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working in a tech-focused company or startup environment.

· Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies and best practices.

· Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.

· Bilingual in Mandarin is a big plus
