We are a team of high-performing, responsible, and sociable people who enjoy being in the trenches of a high-growth startup and are dedicated to understanding customer problems and solving tough challenges together.

The Technical Solution Consultant role serves as the bridge between our customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear and actionable technical solutions. You will own the technical aspects of customer implementations—from requirements discovery and solution design through planning, coordination, and delivery.

This role combines technical understanding, project management, and customer-facing communication. You will work closely with both internal teams and customer stakeholders to define implementation approaches, manage timelines and dependencies, proactively identify risks, and ensure successful delivery of Rallyware solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Rallyware’s platform and become a subject matter expert on its capabilities, configuration, and technical implementation;
  • Partner closely with Customer Success and customers to understand their business processes and technical environments, including technology ecosystems, data and database structures, authentication and authorization flows, integrations, and other technical dependencies;
  • Consult with customers throughout the implementation process and recommend technical solutions that best address their business requirements;
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to customers’ technical teams throughout implementation;
  • Participate in defining business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements and specifications;
  • Develop technical specification documentation based on requirements defined jointly with customers and Customer Success Managers;
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other technical teams to evaluate proposed solutions, validate feasibility, obtain implementation estimates, identify dependencies, and assess potential risks;
  • Develop high-level technical implementation plans and present proposed approaches, dependencies, timelines, and risks to Customer Success teams and customers;
  • Build and maintain detailed implementation project plans with clear phases, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and timelines aligned with customer and business objectives;
  • Create and maintain JIRA epics and tickets based on approved project plans and business and technical specifications;
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Success teams to track progress, manage dependencies, identify and escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery against agreed project milestones;
  • Proactively communicate project status, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and potential timeline impacts to relevant internal and external stakeholders;
  • Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS environment; B2B and Enterprise SaaS experience is strongly preferred;
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Strong combination of technical understanding and business acumen, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements;
  • Experience working with software development, Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, data structures, authentication and authorization, and system dependencies;
  • Strong project planning and organizational skills, including experience managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities;
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills;
  • Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity, changing requirements, and evolving priorities;
  • Excellent time-management skills and experience working with distributed and remote teams;
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution;
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and in non-technical terms when communicating with customers and business stakeholders;
  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to align internal teams and customers on technical solutions, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs;
  • Experience with project management and issue-tracking tools such as JIRA.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

We offer

  • People-oriented management without bureaucracy;
  • Excellent compensation package;
  • Flexible hours;
  • 100% remote position;
  • 18 working days of annual paid vacation;
  • Paid sick leaves;
