Job Description

The Public Address Technical Sales Support team member is responsible for driving growth of the Bosch Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA) portfolio through a combination of market development, technical expertise, and go-to-market support. This role serves as the primary technical and strategic resource for Public Address, Paging and Mass Notification solutions, supporting project wins, enabling growth teams, influencing specifications and shaping regional and vertical GTM strategies.

The position bridges commercial strategy and hands-on technical support, acting as a trusted advisor to consultants, end users, integrators, and internal stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by project influence, revenue growth, specification adoption and the technical readiness of both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Market Development

  • Support revenue growth for the PA portfolio by influencing specifications and helping win strategic projects.
  • Qualify and develop PA opportunities across defined regions and vertical markets.
  • Actively support major pursuits by providing technical support, solution positioning and competitive differentiation.
  • Serve as a Public Address subject matter expert to Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams.

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Define and execute Public Address go-to-market strategies aligned with regional and vertical priorities via the growth team.
  • Support development of vertical-specific value propositions, reference architectures and sales enablement materials.
  • Provide structured market feedback on competitive activity, customer needs and product gaps to marketing and product management.

Technical Pre-Sales & Project Support

  • Provide L2 regional technical support for PA systems, including system architecture, design reviews and solution validation.
  • Assist with project designs, drawings and technical documentation to support bids and proposals.
  • Support system commissioning strategy, escalation handling and resolution of L2 technical issues as required.
  • Act as a technical liaison between growth team and level three application support team.

Training

  • Support internal and external Sales/Growth training initiatives.

Voice of Customer (VoC) & Lifecycle Support

  • Capture and communicate Voice of Customer insights throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in product feedback loops related to roadmap planning, certifications and compliance requirements.
  • Support local and regional certification efforts related to Public Address standards and regulations.

Industry & Partner Engagement

  • Represent Public Address at industry events, trade shows, roadshows and customer briefings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical support, technical sales support, or related client-facing role
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with public address (PA) systems and audio technologies
  • Hands-on experience with AoIP systems
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure
  • Prior experience or exposure within the relevant industry
  • Experience in the preparation and review of tender specifications
  • Hands-on experience in a systems integration environment
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Must reside within reasonable proximity to a major airport

Additional Information

The U.S. based salary range for this role is between $85,000-100,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.

In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group's (US) Health and Welfare Benefit Plans—including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance—as well as the company’s 401(k) plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective plan documents. Full-time employees are eligible to participate in Keenfinity Group’s paid time off and sick leave programs in accordance with applicable policies.
