Technical Sales Specialist – Process Chemicals (Northeast Territory)

Develop strategic plans, manage distributor relationships, maintain sales pipelines, conduct product trials, and use CRM for record-keeping.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to exceed budgetary goals
- Manage distributor relationships, including conducting product technical and sales training
- Develop and maintain a large pipeline of prospects and drive conversion
- Conduct product trials to support sales efforts and customer adoption
- Maintain detailed records of all account activities using CRM software
- Proven experience selling with and through industrial distributors
- Previous experience selling chemicals or industrial products with preference given to candidates with experience in the Rubber and Composites market
- Ability to travel 60% or more within assigned territory
- Four-year college degree preferred
- Successfully demonstrate ability to sell value
- Proficient in the use of CRM software along with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
