You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the biggest mobile games on the market can successfully integrate our technology and realize its full commercial value.
Main Responsibilities
- Technical Strategy & Due Diligence: Partner with the BD team to qualify leads, understanding game architecture and identifying potential integration complexities or risks.
- Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for all technical inquiries regarding SDK features, purchase validation, security, and platform compatibility throughout the sales cycle.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Work with the internal Product team to maintain high-quality, developer-facing technical documentation and integration guides.
- Internal Product Advocacy: Act as a conduit between external developers and internal Engineering teams, capturing feedback to inform the SDK roadmap and best practices.
- Sales Enablement: Train the commercial BD team on technical features to improve their fluency in early-stage conversations.
- Integration Playbook Ownership: Responsible for compiling a comprehensive, game-specific Integration/Onboarding Playbook upon contract signing.
- Technical Handover: Lead the briefing for internal SDK Engineering and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Trusted Advisor (Shadow Role): Maintain a long-term relationship with developers post-handover to provide high-level guidance and resolve critical technical challenges.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and recommend remedial actions when deficiencies are found in the integration process or developer workflow.
Required Skills and Experiences
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: At least 4+ years of experience in a B2B Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or Technical Success role selling developer-facing products (SDK, SaaS).
