The Technical Sales Manager will develop sales strategies, maintain client relationships, provide technical support, and collaborate with R&D to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor role with room for growth and advancement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while seeking new business opportunities.
- Offer technical support and expertise to clients, helping them understand the benefits and applications of our products.
- Work closely with the R&D and production teams to meet customer needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities through market research.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients and negotiate complex deals and close business.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Technical experience in Paper Impregnation, either sales or at the process level, is required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
