As a Technical Sales Development Representative, you will drive growth in our sales pipeline by spearheading outbound and inbound lead generation and providing sales support to cultivate relationships. Your mission is to generate demand, engage prospects effectively, and qualify leads to fuel our sales engine. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our industry-leading technology and those who can benefit from it.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or a related field. Strong technical background to understand our technology and applications.

  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where their efforts generate a direct, meaningful impact on our success. Insatiable drive to be the best at what you do. Possess a ‘hunter’ mentality to persistently pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating perseverance in the face of rejection.

  • Authentic communicator with a genuine passion for interacting with others, dedicated to mastering the art of effective communication and negotiation.

  • Commitment to continuous skill, product, and industry knowledge development through training, experience, and feedback.

  • Effective project management skills to prioritize and lead multiple projects, coordinating with team members where needed to achieve goals.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably technical sales in the test & measurement industry.

  • Knowledge of research-driven industry verticals like Photonics, Life Sciences, Semiconductors, or Quantum Science.

  • Experience with CRM solutions like HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable software.
