The Role

Step is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across Engineering, Product, and Design. Hiring amazing talent is one of the most important areas for the entire company and this is a unique opportunity to join our recruiting team at an early stage. What you’ll do 
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across various pipelines in Engineering, Product, and Design
  • Work directly with Step's CTO, Founders, and the leadership team on recruiting strategy to attract and hire top talent
  • Drive a variety of sourcing tools to engage passive talent, in addition to owning inbound application buckets
  • Manage processes to ensure we are optimizing our tools, data, and reporting
  • Create a white-glove candidate experience for all candidates who engage in the recruiting process

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing company
  • Care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome      
  • Passionate about getting to know each candidate's background and motivations to align with the company's hiring needs 
  • Sweat the details to master your craft in recruiting
  • Collaborate well as a partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and Design
