The Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and design roles, using data and AI tools to build candidate pipelines and improve hiring outcomes.
Role Description
As a Recruiter at Dropbox, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across Engineering, Product, and Design. You’ll operate with autonomy and strong business judgment, partnering closely with leaders to translate team roadmaps into tailored hiring strategies. You’ll build competitive pipelines in specialized domains, guide stakeholders through structured assessment and decision making, and deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience in highly competitive talent markets.
This role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence scalable hiring practices in an AI First environment through data, market insights, and AI-enabled tools.
Responsibilities- Partner with leaders and hiring managers across Poland and North America to understand hiring needs, priorities, and success profiles.
- Develop tailored full-cycle recruiting strategies per role, including sourcing plans and structured interview criteria.
- Own end-to-end recruiting for complex searches, from intake through offer acceptance (applications, sourcing, screening, interview process, debriefs).
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines using proactive sourcing, referrals, and market intelligence.
- Assess candidates against defined performance outcomes and facilitate structured debriefs to drive clear, timely decisions.
- Lead offer strategy, approvals, negotiation support, and proactive closing plans for competitive talent.
- Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience and partner with HR and Onboarding for a smooth transition into Dropbox.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on EPD (Engineering, Product, and Design) hiring.
- Proven ability to proactively build and convert high-quality technical pipelines in competitive markets using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience independently managing multiple complex requisitions while advising and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technical interview processes, structured assessment methods, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Data-informed approach, including experience using funnel metrics and market insights to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work to increase productivity and decision quality.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, plus ability and willingness to travel quarterly for in-person gatherings.
- Prior in-house recruiting experience in a technology or product-driven company.
- Experience hiring for distributed or remote-first teams.
- High tool curiosity and adaptability in a rapidly evolving recruiting tech stack.
