We are seeking a temporary, remote Technical Recruiter based in South America to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us scale our engineering and product teams. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Design teams while delivering a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years focused on technical or product roles.
  • Proven track record of identifying, sourcing, and closing top-tier engineering or product talent.
  • Strong experience managing candidate pipelines and using ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience recruiting for high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with engineering and product role requirements (e.g., software engineering, data, AI/ML, product management).
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with competency-based or structured interviewing.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles for technical roles.
  • Source and engage candidates through a variety of channels, including direct outreach and pipeline development.
  • Conduct initial screens and coordinate interview processes, ensuring timely and smooth experiences for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Operations, and Finance to support headcount alignment and hiring goals.
  • Provide a high-touch experience for candidates, from first contact through offer and onboarding.
  • Contribute to process improvements to increase recruiting efficiency and quality.
