Job Responsibilities:

Magna New Mobility is seeking a Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 6 to 12 month contract assignment to manage full-cycle recruiting for Research & Development, Engineering, Software, Product Development, Operations, and other technical business functions. This role will partner with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire top talent.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for technical and professional positions.
  • Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and job boards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within Workday ATS.

What you should bring to this role:

  • Experience using Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting for engineering leadership, software engineering, data science, solutions engineering, project/program management, customer success, implementation, user experience, and operations roles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to recruit nationally; international recruiting experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel to principal place of business, Lowell MA, on a hybrid schedule

Hiring Base Salary Range: $32/hr - $45/hr (Salary or hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). In addition to base salary, some positions are eligible for an annual performance based bonus.
