At Mammoth Growth, we're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead multiple client accounts and coordinate our technical teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage concurrent data projects, and excels at translating client needs into actionable deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Manage and lead multiple client accounts simultaneously, serving as the primary point of contact
- Coordinate workloads and tasks for analytics engineers and architects across various projects including sprint management in tools such as Jira or Asana
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining scope, budget, and quality standards
- Implement and leverage custom AI tools to optimize project workflows and efficiency
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare status reports for stakeholders
- Lead regular stand-ups and client meetings to maintain project momentum
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of technical project management experience, preferably with data or analytics projects
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with technical teams
- Strong understanding of data infrastructure, analytics workflows, and technical requirements
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business contexts
- Familiarity with Snowflake and GCP cloud platforms
- Understanding of basic concepts and best practices of data transformation using tools such as dbt
- Familiarity with engineering workflows including GitHub/repositories, pull requests, and version control
Bonus Experience
- Experience with AI implementation, AI-augmented project management
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- PMP, CAPM, or related project management certification
- Experience in consulting environment with client-facing responsibilities
