We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the integration and scaling of our end-to-end Lead to Cash infrastructure. This role will drive continuous improvement streams and larger targeted initiatives, ensuring systems and business processes are optimized, integrated, and aligned with company goals. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive implementation teams to successful, on-time delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Lead to Cash integration projects from initiation through delivery
- Define project scope, plans, timelines, and resource needs
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change control
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Track progress using KPIs and PM tools (e.g., Jira)
- Provide status reporting and oversee QA and UAT
What You've Done:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of project management experience focused on IT, software, or business systems implementations
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with CRM, PSA, and/or ERP applications
- Proven capability to quickly ramp up on new systems, tools, and workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, ChurnZero, Kantata, and/or NetSuite
