We are seeking a highly analytical Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills and a results-oriented mindset to lead IT and Information Security initiatives. This hybrid role combines project leadership with business process analysis, ensuring that solutions are not only delivered on time but also deliver measurable business value. #LI-AG1
The ideal candidate combines technical understanding with business acumen, enabling them to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and track progress using KPIs, OKRs, and value-based delivery metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Data-Driven Insight
• Gather and analyze business, technical, and security requirements for infrastructure, risk, compliance, and digital transformation projects
• Perform impact analysis and develop business cases including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and risk quantification
• Create and maintain data dashboards for project health, security posture, SLA compliance, and business impact metrics
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align projects with regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001)
Data & Metrics Alignment
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership to define and measure OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics for projects and programs
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize progress, value delivery, and compliance posture
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies through root cause and trend analysis to support continuous improvement
Project Management
• Lead cross-functional project teams through the entire project lifecycle using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, timelines, and budgets
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, status reporting, and risk/issue tracking
• Ensure projects align with business strategy and deliver intended outcomes
Qualifications:
Required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA within IT or Information Security domains
• Strong understanding of IT operations, cybersecurity frameworks, and enterprise technology ecosystems
• Experience gathering requirements for identity and access management, cloud security, GRC platforms, infrastructure modernization, or other InfoSec-related projects
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on business KPIs and operational OKRs
Preferred Certifications
- • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA
• Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement credentials
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe (a plus)
Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $101,000 and $118,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
