What You'll Do
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver strategic data initiatives.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical requirements, backlog items, and success metrics.
- Own and manage product backlogs for one or more data squads, continuously refining priorities based on stakeholder needs.
- Drive end-to-end program execution by facilitating Agile ceremonies, identifying dependencies, and managing project risks and timelines.
- Act as a key connector between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication across workstreams.
- Leverage your technical acumen in SQL, Python, and cloud or data platforms to support data validation, prototyping, and troubleshooting.
- Help shape scalable, reusable TPM processes and frameworks to uplevel the discipline across the organization.
- Communicate program status, risks, and strategic context clearly and consistently to leadership and key partners.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience, and training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a data-driven role such as Technical Program Manager, Data Analyst, Product Owner, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in SQL or Python with the ability to navigate datasets, validate changes, and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Snowflake and a solid understanding of ELT pipelines or data workflows.
- Experience translating ambiguous business goals into clear, testable technical specs.
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering programs in fast-paced, Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills that build trust with cross-functional stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset that brings structure and clarity to complex, high-stakes programs.
