The Leidos Office of Technology (OOT) is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the Technical Program Manager of our Software Accelerator. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of Accelerator discriminators and mission software market to partner with the Director in improving those discriminating capabilities and represent the Accelerator internally and externally at the direction of the Director. 

Position Summary:
The Software Accelerator curates and builds differentiating technologies, reusable solutions for captures and programs, scalable solutions and enterprise resources, and thought leadership in Software technologies. To achieve this mission, a Technical Program Manager (TPM) is needed to plan and direct all administrative, financial, and operational activities, enabling the director to focus on larger strategic organizational initiatives. The TPM organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information, makes recommendations, and facilitates efficient decision making.  
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will become well connected with the Accelerator team and others across Leidos to drive initiatives and influence outcomes.  This candidate will excel at developing / having cross-functional networks to foster long-term partnerships, allow for rapid assessment and resolution of issues and barriers, and help the team execute impactful technology integration efforts. 
 
Responsibilities: 
•Drive program metrics initiative and establish and monitor metrics around adoption, engagement, and impact. 
•Create and maintain cross-functional relationships to support leadership and drive successful outcomes. 
•Coordinate/manage internal and external communications through platforms such as Prism, Confluence, Leidos.com Insights, and events (Technical Exchanges, Summits). 
•Lead recruitment and development efforts for key personnel, including Master Solution Architects and Research Scientists. 
•Oversee project action items, ensuring effective planning, execution, and closure of tasks. 
•Provide strategic advice and counsel to the Director on key initiatives and priorities. 
•Assume responsibility for day-to-day project and task management, ensuring timely delivery. 
•Track, manage, and provide insights on multiple concurrent project financials. 
•Facilitate team coordination by organizing and leading meetings, ensuring productive collaboration. 
•Strategically lead high-profile, complex projects to successful outcomes including roadmap planning and understanding of dependencies. Ability to communicate progress and outcomes to a technical and non-technical audience, including senior leadership. 

Qualifications: 
•Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience. Additional years experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
•Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions, and ideally, sectors and business areas. 
•Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, persuasive presentations and reports. 
•Extensive experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement. 
•Ability to effectively prioritize, listen, and address mission needs with clarity and precision. 
•Understanding of corporate mission and values, with the ability to align project goals accordingly. 
•Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and familiarity with Agile and SecDevOps methodologies.

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
