We're seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic initiatives and drive excellence in decentralized finance innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and deployment of Chaos Oracles, ensuring robust and reliable data feeds that meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional team efforts, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data provided by Chaos Oracles.
  • Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans to address challenges in project execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, contributing to the refinement and evolution of our Chaos Oracles service.
  • Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental discussions to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role in the technology sector.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and experience in the DeFi space.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Based in NYC with the ability to work from our Brooklyn office, or the ability to work remotely within the USA, with travel up to 30% of the year to collaborate in person with the team.
  • Familiarity with Ethereum and Solana ecosystems and their associated technical stacks.
  • Experience with performance optimization and data integrity assurance.
  • Previous experience working with decentralized finance projects and a demonstrable passion for blockchain technology.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships.

Salary and seniority level commensurate with experience (range: $120,000 - $150,000)
