What you will do in a Technical Program Manager role at Kyruus Health:
- You’ll serve as an Agile coach and change agent by guiding two or more development teams on how to properly apply Agile processes to deliver Kyruus’ products and services in a predictable manner. You’ll meaningfully contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
- You’ll facilitate and support all Agile/Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standup, and Sprint Retrospective. You’ll assist in tracking the status of the team and communicating data on project/team progress.
- You’ll work with product and engineering management to field and route interrupt-type requests and escalations to ensure minimal team disruptions while supporting optimal business outcomes.
- You’ll use a data driven approach and leverage metrics to provide insights into team health and drive improving team predictability and productivity in a sustainable manner. You’ll also enable team productivity and effectiveness by understanding and helping resolve team impediments.
- You’ll lead effective brainstorming sessions with Product and Engineering management to scope work, create project plans, and drive decisions.
- You’ll understand the “why” and the “what” of product decisions and work with Product Managers to ensure that is communicated across the organization.
- You’ll report to the Director, Program Management in the Program Management department within the Product division

What you will bring:
- You’ll use your 5+ years experience in SaaS solution delivery and knowledge of agile development practices to:
- Manage processes to help individual teams within product and engineering manage their components of department-wide projects, aligning needs and deliverables
- Communicate and collaborate with engineers and product managers at Kyruus and our customers and partners to develop successful solutions
- Make recommendations for team norming and alignment, team competency development, and areas of process change or improvement.
- You’ll use your project management, prioritization and time management skills to:
- Effectively coordinate and work across various departments to conquer larger, complicated projects
- Measure and track if teams are adhering to product and engineering best practices
- You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to:
- Ask the right questions of, and listen actively to, our internal teams to understand changing needs and partner on solutions
- Escalate issues and provide project updates to upper management
