We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Program Manager with a strong focus on data and AI to manage and drive complex projects that deliver transformative solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data and AI, stakeholder and project management methodologies. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional efforts, ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data and AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to understand project requirements, define goals, and develop project plans that meet business needs.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project plans, timelines, and outcomes to facilitate knowledge sharing and project tracking.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably with a focus on AI and data-driven projects.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Practical knowledge of SQL and some coding abilities (Python).
