We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Engineering PMO and shape our new Integrations Team. As a TPM, you will be essential in driving strategic partner integration programs and projects, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business goals, and facilitating clear communication across teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap prioritization, and execution for strategic integrations, partnering closely with engineering leadership and partnerships teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison for integration projects, leading cross-functional communication, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.
  • Facilitate technical discovery sessions, clearly articulating partner integration paths, technical requirements, and solution strategies.
  • Define, plan, and manage end-to-end execution of integration projects, clearly identifying dependencies, risks, and proactively resolving roadblocks.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate partner requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for integration projects, including technical workflows, best practices, and operational support guidelines.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) tailored specifically for the integrations team.
  • Continuously track, analyze, and communicate project metrics and status to leadership, providing transparency around progress, velocity, and potential impacts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product/program management or a related role, specifically managing technical partner integrations
  • Experience in Mar-tech, Ad-tech, or client-facing SaaS platforms is highly preferred
  • Technical background or familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript), web technologies, RESTful APIs, data exchange formats (JSON, XML), authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and integration design patterns (pub/sub, webhooks, batch processing) is a plus 
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis, including the ability to interpret datasets, generate insights, and create data-driven reports 
  • Proven ability to define strategic integration approaches, maintain product roadmaps and execute projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Scrum, Kanban and/or other agile development frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk)
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions or integrating AI technologies into products and workflows.
