Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, assess data driven impact, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
- Create Epics, stories and keeping the documentation up-to-date and manage changes to requirements per process
- Develop use cases, and partner with the business to ensure sign-off on all requirements, testing and implementation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Solutions Analysis, Technical Program Delivery, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge and working experience with RDBMS such as MSSQL/PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB/Cassandra is a must.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies.
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is preferred.
- High level of responsibility and Ownership from inception through to implementation.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices
- Cloud certification such as AWS, Terraform is preferred
- Experience in Micro services, Spring boot is preferred
