We're hiring a Technical Program Manager to drive the delivery, coordination, and documentation of our cloud platform and its rollout to customers. This is not a hands-on developer role, but it demands a solid technical background - enough to direct an engineering team, understand the product deeply, and earn the team's confidence. You'll be the bridge between engineering, services, customers, and leadership, enabling our engineering team to stay focused on building.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Rollout & Migration
  • Own end-to-end planning and delivery of various initiatives such as new experience rollout, migrations etc, for internal and external customers against defined timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with customer success teams and directly with customers to schedule, sequence, and unblock deployments.
  • Absorb the coordination overhead so engineering can focus on delivery.
Product Roadmap: Requirements, Prep & Approvals
  • Build and maintain a clear product roadmap.
  • Gather and consolidate product requirements from services teams and customers.
  • Keep customer context, use cases, and specifications prepared in advance of each engineering cycle.
  • Secure leadership sign-off ahead of time so engineering is never blocked waiting on approvals.
Product Documentation & Release Notes
  • Own and maintain release notes and product documentation for every feature shipped.
  • Capture the caveats for each release - intended behavior, known limitations, and misuse risks - in partnership with engineering, at release time.

Roadmap & Leadership Reporting
  • Publish regular (monthly) progress reports to leadership summarizing engineering achievements and delivery status.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ Years of experience in Techincal program management
  • Strong technical background -able to direct an engineering team, understand a technical product hands-on, and command the team's respect.
  • Expert proficiency in Azure DevOps (backlogs, boards, releases, work tracking) for program and project management.
  • Proven track record running deadline-driven programs across multiple stakeholders (engineering, services, customers, leadership).
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable getting hands-on with the product to lead effectively.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in a SaaS or cloud platform environment.
  • Exposure to release management, product operations, or technical writing.

Why Join Us
  • Own a high-visibility program with direct leadership exposure.
  • Shape how a growing cloud platform scales to enterprise and education customers globally.
