As a Technical Product Support Engineering Team Lead, you will work within our Customer Success group as a technical liaison and leader. Working directly with clients, you will gather and understand the requirements to implement FundGuard. This role will manage a small team of client facing technical resources. The team is charged with supporting the business implementation team by establishing FundGuard environments, building integration to external systems as well as acting as tier 2 support.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work directly with clients to integrate customers’ upstream and downstream systems with FundGuard
  • Integrate customer data into FundGuard’s Data model 
  • Develop and implement codebase as determined by custom client needs
  • Manage and enhance live product data pipelines
  • Support prospect Proof of concept and new customer onboarding process and production management
  • Collaborate with the client success team as well as with FundGuard's customers
  • Working closely with and supporting the development teams
  • Support CS team on use of Data Mapping Tool
  • Establish relationships to obtain data and subject knowledge needed to support the data pipelines
  • Manage and support direct reports on the technical product support team
  • Provide Tier 2 support on functional issues
  • Assist and manage triage of critical client issues

Requirements
  • B.A. in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics/Accounting , Information Systems or applicable degree
  • MUST be willing to work on-site in a hybrid model
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization REQUIRED (NO STEM-OPT)
  • 5+ years’ experience working as a data analyst or in software development
  • 4+ years’ experience working in technical solutions and/or technical support in a client-facing capacity
  • Preferred experience working in SaaS integrations
  • Preferred experience working in financial markets or fintech domain
  • Preferred working knowledge in some coding language; Java, NoSQL, scripting languages
  • Production experience with managing data pipelines
  • Preferred experience in supporting a team of direct reports
  • Ability to delegate roles and responsibilities within a fast-paced environment
