We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Product, Systems, and Insights (PSI) Team. This individual will report into our Sr. Director of Product and will lead the integration of complex business systems and the development of customer-facing features for our website and app. Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, you’ll collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business goals and user needs. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and Agile product management skills to drive value across the organization. This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility
Base Salary: $115,000 – $125,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, discovery, and execution of initiatives involving complex system integrations, enhancements, and customer-facing features.
- Collaborate closely with developers to define technical requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as a translator between business and technical stakeholders, clarifying business needs while advocating for technical best practices.
- Own the product backlog, creating detailed and technically sound user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint reviews, while ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.
- Drive technical solutioning sessions with IT, ensuring alignment on architecture, data flows, and system design.
- Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business impact, technical complexity, and resource availability.
- Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for technical implementations and system integrations.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying and resolving technical issues post-launch.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience with 3+ years in a product or technical role focused on software development and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience working with developers and IT teams, including writing technical requirements and participating in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, data models, architecture).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms, and experience in integrating these systems is a strong plus.
- Expertise with JIRA, Confluence, agile methodologies, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate technical trade-offs and drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified CSPO, SAFe POPM, or other relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Experience working in an e-commerce setting
- Experience with or exposure to full stack development and its associated frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, etc.
